My name is Nick Sneed and I'm also a gamer. Gaming is what got me started in design. I love to draw and spend hours in front of a screen with a control in hand. Graphic design is my way of combining the computer nerd with the artist inside me.
Every great project starts with a concept. This is the most difficult and important step of any design project. I pride myself in my ability to come up with not only visually appealing designs but intelligent concepts to back them up.
Design isn't only about Photoshop, it's about the mind behind the mouse. Simply knowing how to use the program isn't enough. I know all the keystrokes, and I have the artistic ability to create cohesive design.
Not only do I make things look nice, I have the knowledge to make them work as well. I am well versed in HTML and CSS. My motto is no browser left behind. I strive to build sites that work in all major browsers and are W3 code compliant.

Treehouse Dinner Theater came to me with a clear vision. For their logo, they requested a brownstone style house as a tree house. When they viewed the final logo, their vision came to life.

This is a personal project. Epson is a company that sells printers, ink, and paper. With this logo, I demonstrated the inner workings of a printer by creating an ink spot made of small dots and displayed the colors used in printing.

This is a personal project. Jays Chips started in 1927, when Leonard Japp, Sr. bought a truck for $50 with $5 down. This logo was given a retro feel to set them apart from competitors and to make buyers feel they were are part of something special.

This is a personal project. Airwalk sells shoes that are used for extreme sports. After drawing hundreds of sketches, I decided that a type treatment would best suit this company. Much like what happens to the bones of skaters, this type was created by writing the name by hand, tearing it up, and then piecing it back together.
